Why have all products vanished from my online spirits store?

We manage an online spirits store that is fulfilled through a third party and integrated into our Shopify store. We had many products listed on Shopify. Today we got a notice from the owners that their shop on their website is showing as empty with no products. Upon looking into the admin side of things, all of the products have vanished. 

This shop was functioning perfectly since April, and no one has made any changes to products through Shopify since. Does anyone know if Shopify is glitching and deleting products, or could this be an issue with the third party integrated fulfillment company?

There isn't a function on Shopify that would delete all the products, so it's possible that there's a third-party integration that is managing and syncing the products. However, if the store doesn't have any third-party integrations for product management, then you can also review the activity logs of the store. 

 

If reviewing the activity logs isn't able to help you identify the problem, then it looks like we'll need to access your account in order to resolve the issue.
