Hello. Why haven't I been given shopify for 3 months for 1 dollar?

To be clear, the promotion that you've mentioned ($1/month for 3 months) is only available for folks that are signing up for Shopify with a brand new store. Are you a new user to Shopify, and didn't receive this promotion?

Did you receive any sort of promotion when signing up? As these promotions are based around the subscription cost for a store, you should be able to see the promotion that is available to you by going to 'Settings > Plan' or 'Settings > Billing'.

If you recall being offered a different, or no, promotion, and are unable to confirm if you were offered one when creating your account, then please follow up with me here as soon as you can!
