Retail hardware, software, and Shopify Point of Sale
Anyone using POS with a barcode scanner that has been not working for over 24 hours now understands what a painful process this is in a retail store. Not getting any updates from Shopify. Obviously they did an update or change or someone did an update and it broke. Please update the status page to let us know when you are reversing whatever update broke this.

Really appreciate you posting that work around option. Unfortunately our scanner still does not register any of our barcodes. It's been 29 hours without function. I'm calling in again.
