Retail hardware, software, and Shopify Point of Sale
For nearly a week now, my store has been experiencing a consistent error when trying to process a custom payment for an order. Every time we click the payment option it will immediately kick back an error message "Payment declined, there was problem with Shopify and we could not process your payment. Please try again later"
I have been emailing Shopify Support about this for a few days but I've stopped getting a response now. I have tried all of the troubleshooting tasks support gave to me, tried it on all the different registers, re-did the custom payment from scratch (deleted the custom payment in question, restarted the app, made another custom payment with the same name) and still nothing. This is extremely frustrating and I would love to be able to process this payment and get some much needed money in our system. Anyone have any suggestions on how to fix this?
We are having the same issue here. No solution yet, Shopify needs to get on this pronto.
