Retail hardware, software, and Shopify Point of Sale
I am not completely sure if my problem is directly related to Shopify or our Facebook account. On my meta page, it says my shop is unpublished and inactive. However, when I try to access my Facebook sales channel, a button that says "reconnect" appears. When I click the button, it will have me input my password, and then load. After loading, it will revert to the same page that I have attached. I keep trying to reconnect however, after inputting my password once, it will just load for a few seconds, and then nothing happens
