Retail hardware, software, and Shopify Point of Sale
A customer ordered through my website and I got a notice saying "your payment gateway was in test mode when this order was created". I tried to fulfill the order and I got another notice saying "Shopify payments and PayPal express checkout is still processing the order's payment. To make sure you get paid, wait for the payment to be successful before fulfilling the order".
I am confused because I thought everything was already set up and oberlo was going to be processing the payments and fulfilling orders directly. It says the payment is still pending. Is this on the side of the customer or through our side? Is there anyone that could help with this?

I might guess that you did not take your account off of Test Mode for Shopify payments. You could check by following these steps below:
While test mode is enabled, you cannot use real credit cards to pay for orders, and also you will never receive a payout. So please don't fulfill any test orders, because you are charged for any shipping labels that you purchase.
So make sure that you uncheck the Enable test mode to run a real order for your customer.
