Why is Shopify not responding to our concerns about "Price Override"?

There have been many posts on this board begging Shopify POS to return the Price Override feature. Many retailers are stating legitimate concerns and pointing out problems that will be, and are, arising from this poorly thought out decision, but we are hearing crickets. One unsatisfactory "solution" was offered two months ago, but no response since. Not to mention, the "solution" was "wait" there will be better features in it's place. It was replaced with a discount "code" feature. That's not better, that's different. I have no reason to use it in my shop. Shopify doesn't appear to be serious about it's POS.

Where do we go to be heard? Where do we go for a "solution"?
