Why isn't Dymo Label 30332 showing up in my Labelwriter 550 options?

I am unable to get the Label 30332 to show up as an option in the drop down section of printing.  I have tried the suggestions of choosing Price Tag but it still does not work as the correct size.  I am using the Dymo Labelwriter 550.

hi! I just had the same issue and got it resolved.  You basically have to go into your computer's control panel settings, find the printer, then go into the printer settings. Go into the printing preferences option, then advanced, then from the paper output paper size select the 30332. Hit ok and then the pdf file should be able to now be printed correctly. It's kindof like the dymo software just didn't load all available label sizes but perhaps just the most used. Hope this helps!
