Retail hardware, software, and Shopify Point of Sale
For some reason I have customers that can't get the add to cart button to load on multiple products.
Originally I found a support answer that involved having the customers clear their browser cache or open the site in an incognito window. This initially worked for most customers but increasingly more often I am more and more customers that aren't able to get the button to load even with the added provisions.
Can you provide a link to some example products?
Does it appear to be certain types of device?
Or certain browsers?
If it's specific products, are there anything different about those products that you're using with an app or similar that could be causing the issue?
