Hi, @0w-thiscom!
Welcome to Shopify Community.
Thank you for reaching out to our network and sharing your concerns. While our Support Team is unable to look into specific stores or the transaction in question, I'd be more than glad to offer general guidance.
When a business signs up for Shopify's e-commerce services they are prompted to choose a payment gateway that will host all of their online transactions. Most of these payment providers support all major banks, however, there may be limitations applied to these depending on the type of card or bank that is attempting the charge.
Furthermore, stores do have full authority on the types of cards they accept and it's very possible they have implemented further limitations. For any businesses using Shopify Payments, the card types supported may vary by region as well.
Regardless, the best way to move forward with your order is to connect with the business directly to discuss your options. Sometimes that could mean a prepaid Visa or Mastercard, however, it's imperative you consult with them directly to confirm if this is a viable option or if they can support your order in another way.
I trust that provides further context, but let me know if I missed anything.
Warm regards,
Olivia | Social Care @ Shopify
