Why isn't my online store loading even after payment?

My store isn't loading on a browser. My store url is johnbrownprints.com

I tried connecting to my existing domain  and it's showing not connected- I've had people reach out on social media to let me know it isn't loading. I had missed a payment a month or so ago but I've paid it now and it still isn't working.

Please let me know what I can do to fix the issue- would appreciate any and all advice. Thanks!

You will need to go to your domain provider dashboard and update DNS records to Shopify.

I just checked your domain and it appears it's not pointing to Shopify as the A records are not valid. The A record will need to point to the Shopify IP address: 23.227.38.65. You'll need to point the CNAME record with the name www to shops.myshopify.com. We have a step-by-step process in our resource on connecting your third-party domain to Shopify manually

 

It can take up to 48 hours for your domain to propagate. After it's verified, your domain is listed in the THIRD-PARTY DOMAINS section of the Domains page with the status Connected.

 

Please note: Shopify Support can't access your third-party domain's settings. If you have trouble setting up your domain, then you must work with your domain provider. Shopify Support can only advise you about what information you might need to give to your domain provider.
