Why isn't Shopify appearing in the App Store?

I am trying to download Shopify to my computer because the website will not allow me to enter my store. I’ve cleared history and cache. I am able to log in but it sends me to a screen with a black line and that’s it.

Hi,

Have you tried a different browser such as Firefox / Chrome / Safari etc. 

If you could post a screenshot of the issue that may help too.

There is no desktop app for shopify for desktop computers.

so I know straight off that the black line is actually a .svg icon that isn't styled by a CSS document.

have you tried on a different browser? is it the same? 

what happens when you press skip to content?

Nothing happens. It just allows me to click it. I have tried on safari and it says error is “WebKit”

again, a bit of a weird one!

try restarting and logging into your account again from : https://accounts.shopify.com/

you may of gone outside the framework which isn't supported by a css file anymore.

It allows me to search that link but the browser says it’s not secure so it won’t load the link

sounds like something local now...shopify is secured by https so the link is certainly secure.

can you try login on a different device?
