Why there Shopify hardware store doesn't deliver to France?

Hey there, we are based in France and we wanna buy the tablet stand, but we can't since the hardware store doesn't deliver.

I get that POS retail payments is not yet available in France, but the stand still mandatory for US for proper Shopify POS setup. How can i buy this otherwise.
