Why was my point of sale system incomplete?

recently upgraded to a point of sale dock at a cost of $250 item was shipped and received only to find when we opened the box. It was just the mounting bolts…nothing else

I'm sorry to hear about this situation you've run into with your order. I have a few questions for you, so I can get some needed information gathered:

 

  • Can you provide me with the order number for the order?
  • Can you tell me where you operate your business from, and where this equipment was to be used?
  • Can you let me know what specifically was missing from the order?
  • Was this order man in relation to our recent retail kit promotion that we had running?
