Hi I am moving my POS and online store to Shopify from Square as the online platform is so much more powerful. However I am getting enormously frustrated that no one from Shopify will answer my questions.

Anyway, question is..

Is the Zebra ZD411 barcode printer compatible with the POS system?

Welcome to shopify and get used to poor POS support. Square is far superior to Shopify on POS.

Hi there! Did you find an answer to this? I am in the same boat. We are trying to switch our square POS to shopify. Square is great for POS but their online website is terrible. Just wondering if you have had any successes?

Hi, I’ve figured that my barcode printer and receipt printer are compatible. Can’t tell if the cash drawer or scanner ara as they are generic / no brand.

Very very frustrated that no one from Shopify has called me. I’ve put in many requests for a call. I just want to crack on

May I ask what you did to integrate all the information with shopfiy, to
include descriptions, price, etc.?
