Connecting shop to google merchant, but not working: "Confirm that you've added contact information"

Hi all, 

I am trying to connect my webshop https://aitchesjewelry.com/ to google merchant, but i cannot seem to pass the verification step "Confirm that you've added contact information to your online store".

I have added all sorts of contact information: emails, phone, chat, contact forms. Just i don't want to add my address (because it's my home address). But still i cannot connect to Google because the step is not passed.

When looking for an answer online, i see that other people get some check boxes (address, phone, email), but I don't get that option (i tried chrome, edge, and android app). 

Any suggestion how to solve this? Many thanks!

Make sure to add the contact page in your checkout as well. Currently missing.
