Hallo everyone, I need I can get some help on how to get a refund from a Shopify e-shop.
The Yanko Design Select shop never dispatched my prepaid purchase from May 10 2025.
I e-mailed the shop numerous times, sent messages via e-shop contact form, wrote to their social media profiles, and received no answer.
They were insolent enough to continue sending sales newsletter till some point, and after I wrote them again in reply to such a newsletter, they probably erased my account from their subscribers' list.
The amount of purchase is not small, the arrogance is clear, as they continue to be active across all social media all the time, and keep ignoring my messages.
Please share what is the most efficient way to handle the situation.
