ApplicationCharge API problem

I am an application developer. When I use ApplicationCharge's rest-admin api access interface /recurring_application_charges.json, I enable the Test mode, but when I test subscription charges, I get an empty response. What is the problem?

This is an application type issue. When registering the app, select the public app to use it normally!
