Our website product image cannot be loaded when clicked in Dawn theme 11.0

after clicking the image, the gallery won't show the main big image, it seems that in this theme the loading image script has some problem, instead our us station(Dawn 8.0) is problem-free:

UK站问题就是点图片不会加载到大图上面，但右键开新网页查看图片是可以加载的
