Add Bottle Deposit

Hi,

Selling wine online and required to charge a .10 bottle deposit.

- I've seen a bunch of hack app workarounds
- don't want as part of the product price.

1. Looking for custom development to easily add this .10 item to the cart when a bottle of wine is added.
2. Would need to ONLY apply to wine - we sell accessories as well
3. We sell cases of 12, so it would need to increment to accomodate for that.
