Add section into template

Hi everyone, i've been learning shopify api for 5 days so sorry for stupid question.

I've created a section(sections/my_section.liquid) via api asset and i need add it into template/index.json that it'll appear when user customize a theme on home page

I've added string into template/index.json by my hand and it's works
