Adding text to Shipping options

I'm working on a Shopify Plus store and am trying to add some text like this to each shipping method. Do you have any recommendations.

If user is on shopify plus, there are limits to edit checkout page

It would not actually be possible to edit the code of the checkout area in any way for security reasons.

It can be done by css for static way, also it will be for all products.
