API Access issues

hello everyone,
I am now using the Shopify module of the odoo official website to access the API, but sometimes I can connect and sometimes the connection is interrupted,
The reason for the interruption has always been an error, as follows:

odoo.addons.shopify_ept.shopify.pyactiveresource.connection.Error: <urlopen error [Errno 2] No such file or directory>

I hope there are people or Shopify official staff who can help me answer this question
