API call for Fulfillment Order Cancellation request

I am required to send the cancellation request to Shipwire. As per the documentation I am using Fulfillment order cancellation_request API method. I am getting this response. 

What is required to make it work.

Set a callback_url and the fulfillment_orders_opt_in flag to true on the FulfillmentService. Good luck.
