Dear community

We have a shop that is now with an active API with a B2b platform called Le New Black from where we get orders from retailers (b2b orders). What its not working is that regardless that the orders travel well from Le New Black to Shopify, the Shopify inventory its not reduced once we have an order from the b2b platform

We are not experts in this and Shopify customer care team tell us we need to adress the issue to the API community in Shopify

Can you please help?

Our emails are:

amoraleda@mylittlecozmo.com

evigren@mylittlecozmo.com

We are happy to give you further details in case you need them

We are really concerned with this and we would love to get some help please

Here some more details on the issue:

If we take the example of the SKU AW21/RUTHK129/TAUPE/12Y from PO-1094513, the order has been exported yesterday at 9h05. And if we check into the logs of the inventory flow from Shopify to LNB, you can see that this SKUS has been updated during the task that ran at 10h07 :

So it means that this stock has to be updated also on Shopify. However we do not see that on Shopify. What I mean is that Le new black gets it, but for some reason Shopify does not show it. Ans since the inventory flow from shopify to Le New Black runs every 5-7 minutes, at the end, the inventory on Le new black gets again updated with what we have on shopify

On shopify, this sku product has no inventory history. It looks like it never gets updated on shopify
