API Key for Fullfillment center, issue with shipment confirmation

Hi, 

Our API key for our Fullfillment center has issues with reporting back shipment confirmation information, an important step in our automated order flow. Has anyone had this problem before, with the WMS system ongoing and also any recommendations on how to resolve?

I can share the API as needed if you can look at it? Would appreciate your help!

Here is the API key notice the warehouse sent back to us: Unable to use API. Possible reasons include: Site down for maintenance, faulty credentials or wrong URL.

Can anyone mention what we could do to get this resolved?

You should check the permissions on your Shopify app first, and make sure it's using the right API keys within your system. It could also be an issue with your WMS.
