API Mintegra

Hi guys, I just integrated my shopify account with my OMIE account but my customer data is not migrating to Mintegra. I don't know what might be happening. I was informed by OMIE that it is a problem that has to be solved by the Shopify API settings, but I don't know how to do that. Can anyone help me?
