App dashboard api and app embed block

 I have created an app dashboard in Shopify admin with Node and also an app embed block extension for my online theme web. I would like to know how to manage from my dashboard app the content of the app embed app block and use my own API, If there is any help in that regard I will be grateful. Thanks.
