Back in stock sync across all stores

So basically we have 4 stores, each with a back in stock app which we used for customers to be notified when items they've requested to be notified when it is back in stock

Is there a way metafields can be a tool to communicate all the apps across all stores when notifying customers when they are back in stock (based chronologically on when they signed up for notifications)

Or any suggestions of any other tools or apps that can do this?

I overlooked that you are using back in stock application already

So what exactly you are looking for if you can eloborate bit more?
