Bulk Discount Groupings

Hi everyone, I'm looking to create discount set functionality for an app that I am building.

I'm using this GraphQL API doc which states that a maximum of 100 discount codes can be added per set, but I also see that the Bulk Discounts app allows for up to 250,000 discount codes to be added to a single discount set.

Does anyone know how to increase the discount limit that can be added per discount set, or can point me in the right direction?
