Can I provide/set taxes on draft orders?

I need to provide my own calculated taxes on draft orders. Is this possible?
If I provide them in the payload, they are ignored by the API.
What is the recommended way to do this?

Hey there, 

Currently, custom tax lines are not supported when using the Draft Order API. The taxes are automatically calculated based on shop settings and/or the shipping address attached to the draft.

Is there any update on the same? Can we provide custom calculated tax price in draft order either by Rest Admin API or GraphQl?
