Can we add an additional notes item via API call in Postman?

Hello Shopify developers,

I tried to add one more item note to the Additional Notes attribute in the existing Order via Shopify API call in Postman.

The Additional Notes attribute is a list of 12 items. I added the 13th as in the attachment. The response returned 200 OK but I do not see the new item in the Additional Notes attribute.

Could you please let me know if it is possible to add the new item note to the additional Notes attribute, and can it be done by sending the request in Postman? If so, how does the body in the request look like?
