Cartrover API Update

Hello,

Im currently using Cartrover.com to sync my products.  They're upload speed is not very good causing a delay in my products being updated..  Whats the newest api thats available for them to use for faster speed?  In the past Shopify support did recommend something but that was a few months ago.  Please help me with whatever docs i can provide them so they can update there sync method and productivity can be increased.
