Checkout rate limits for shipping apps reduced to 5 seconds?

Hi all,

Any developers with a 3rd party shipping app having issues over the past 24 hours?  It looks like Shopify has reduced the checkout timeout from 10 seconds to 5 seconds.  Our app can't return aggregated shipping quotes to all our customer stores at checkout now and they can't transact.
