Collection sort by url parameters

Hi all!

I am looking for a way to transfer in the URL to a collection page a set (or an array) of product ids that I would want to appear first in the collection.

For example:

The URL:

https://myshop.myshopify.com/collections/dresses 

Will show all the products in this collection in their original order as defined on shopify admin.

And the URL:

https://myshop.myshopify.com/collections/dresses?sort-by=123456&654321

When 123456 and 654321 are product ids in the collection dresses and they will appear first when the second URL will be visited.
