Contributor License Agreement(CLA) email not returned

I agreed to the signature on the following site to send a PR to shopify_python_api

However, I have not received any email. Even if I try to reapply, the message **To sign our CLA 1 field needs to be changed. GitHub username has already signed a CLA** appears.
