Create app for a new marketing channel

Hi,

I'm trying to create an app to manage a new marketing channel, but I can't find the right documentation how to do it.

I'd like to create and app that add a new marketing app when creating a campaign and can be used to build as a marketing channel when building a new campaign

Something, for example, like a whatsapp marketing channel where I can add this channel to a campaign and send messages to customers during the campaign.
