Cursor based pagination for specific page?

I imagine i can get total number of pages with (total products / requested amount of products), but how do i get the cursor value if user were to click for example, page 5? I'd like to be able to display something like "< 1 2 3 4 5 6 >" instead of just a prev and next button.
