Custom Dynamic Button

Hi

We are looking to add a customised dynamic button to a Shopify store that allows customers to make payment on a 3rd party platform that is not listed as one of the payment gateway providers in the Shopify payment settings. We would be adding some custom code to the liquid template product or cart files.

Is this something Shopify permits under it's terms and services?
