Do I have to pay for Shopify Plus Plan to use MultiPass API?

Q1. I just need MultiPass API, Do I have to pay for Plus Plan to use this?

is There any other way?

Q2. I want 'External Login' Feature. I think 'MultiPass' is suitable.

But Is there any other way to implement it? (without Plus Plan)

Multipass is a way for someone logged into some other service to access a Shopify store. Since you need that, you have a Shopify store. So if you want multipass for this Shopify store you have, then yes, it has to be on the Plus plan for you to have working Multipass. There is no other way.
