Either "offers", "review", or "aggregateRating" - Google Search Console

Hi Team, 

Ive found that I have lots of issues on my shopify products. However, Im not clear on what to actually do to solve these. 

Error	Either "offers", "review", or "aggregateRating" should be specified	Not Started		154
Error	Missing field "name"	Not Started		154

I found this code in my store code under product-template.liquid which I read on one post could help if I removed it however, Im unsure what this code does.

I also read I need to manually edit all the products, which I'm happy to do but I'm not sure what to edit as the offer field is not on my product page and all my products have names?
