Email marketing app - technical question

Hi,

I'm interested to build an email marketing app that will let store owners create marketing campaigns and send promotions and announcements to their customers.

My question:

Let's say that the "dog-fashion.com" store installs my app to do email marketing.

How can my app deliver emails to the store customer's from an email address like promo@dog-fashion.com ?

What configurations are needed to make my app able to send from such address with minimum spam folder risk?
