Embedded App Navigation Bar Flickering

Hello,

I'm following along with the React/Node app tutorial but I'm noticing issues with the navigation bar. When clicking links in the bar, multiple elements in the bar are refreshed in addition to the iframe. This creates a janky flickering effect when switching tabs. Does anyone know how to avoid this?

Me too. I'm not using React/NodeJS though.
