ERROR CALCULATE SHIPPING IN CART DHL EXPRESS COMMERCE API

when i calculate the shipping cost in shopify CART option, said that not ship do this destination, i use DHL EXPRESS COMMERCE API, i see in my logs and not send all information because shopify only asks depend of country postal code OR region and postal code.ERROR EXAMPLE
