Errors in browser console: net::ERR_BLOCKED_BY_CLIENT Why?

Our shopify website "https://chicandraw.co.uk/" is reporting errors in the Chrome Browser Console.
Many of our http api calls are apprently blocked and we do not know why.
This is the error "net::ERR_BLOCKED_BY_CLIENT"
Can someone tell me why the Api calls are getting blocked?

I have disabled all Chrome extensions such as JungleScout, Lighthouse, FaceBookPixel Helper, Shopify Theme Inspector etc and I have no ad blocker installed so far as I am aware. Still we get the "net::ERR_BLOCKED_BY_CLIENT" error. I see around 15 errors in the browser console.
