HELP TO INSTALL CALL API PAYMENt

hi everyone, we have a company in located in San marino and none of the payment method that Shopify offer work for us.

So we have activated a new virtual pos from our bank. the technical team gave us the instruction to install their virtual pos with an api call, but i don't know how to do. 

someone can help me to install API for the payment?
