How to edit apple app site association file

After we turn on the universal link feature via the admin dashboard, the appID will be added to "{domain}/apple-app-site-association".
However the path definition is default as below:

{"appID":"517872650","paths":["NOT /admin/*","NOT /*/amazon_payments/callback","NOT /*/checkouts/*/express/callback","/*"]

How can I edit this file to add more rule to it? as we have more pages that we do not want to trigger the native app from opening.

Bump.  Would really, really, really like to be able to edit this file in Shopify.  My clients ask me about this almost everyday.  They have email marketing campaigns that they would like to send to the mobile browser and not the app.  Please help us all, Shopify!
