How to enable billing in Shopify CLI PHP app?

Hi,

I am working with Shopify CLI using PHP. I want to make the app paid, so I am trying to add a pricing plan to the app. I found that the register billing option is no longer available in the latest CLI version(PHP). Could anyone please help me to enable billing, any tutorial or document, or code blocks or steps?
