How to Read Checkout Settings?

Hi all, 

As a developer for a dropshipping application, I'd like to read the merchant's checkout settings regarding ONE section only, i.e., what the merchant chose for the section "After an order is paid" (see below) in order to remind those who chose to automatically fulfill the order's line item to alter the settings. Yet in the API documents, the relavant API is nowhere to find. 

Could anyone please tell me how I can manage to read such settings? Thanks a lot! 🙂
