HTTP 500 Internal Server Error Checkout

Many of our users are getting a 'HTTP 500 Internal Server Error' when they try to proceed from our checkout to the credit card payment.

Hey @Emily7T, a 500 server error is often related to a payment gateway configuration issue, and would absolutely suggest contacting the provider directly if the error persist - Best!
